Your Cyber Career Roadmap: 1, 3 and 5 Years Out

Act as my career coach for cybersecurity and AI careers. Interview me before you give any advice. Ask ONE question at a time and wait for my answer. Cover, in this order: (1) my current role and how long I've been in it, (2) my certifications and education, (3) the skills and tools I use most, (4) the work I enjoy most and least, (5) the role or direction I want in 5 years, and (6) my constraints: time per week, budget, and anything I can't change. If an answer is vague, ask one follow-up. When you have enough, reply 'Ready' and then build my roadmap:

Where I stand: a short, specific snapshot of my strengths and my biggest gaps for my target direction.
1 year: the certification or skill to prioritize first and why, plus 2-3 concrete actions.
3 years: the role I should be positioned for, the experience I need, and the milestones that prove it.
5 years: where this path leads, and what changes along the way.
This month: the single first step I can take in the next 30 days.

Be specific to my answers, not generic. Where something depends on my employer or market, say so instead of guessing. End by reminding me what I've already built.
